I even called to ask where the other furniture was and an eta on delivery and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. It has now been over an hour and a half and I have not received a call back. I am beyond frustrated as anyone could imagine. Update on delivery and overall experience. The in store experience seemed great until we got home and realized all of the mistakes. When I finally got my itemized receipt and actual visuals of the furniture, I noticed the wrong chairs were ordered. After I left , I expected my furniture to be delivered within the next few weeks maybe even month or so as I was assured by the salesperson that everything besides my bed was in stock. We set up one delivery and to my surprise, I received only a table, an mattress and night stands. Upon being told I would have everything on this second delivery ; only half of my couch - 1 chase, two chairs a severely damaged dresser were delivered.
We started with her and looked a couple other places, came back within an hour and bought with her. She directly immediately to where i could find the beds. Upon checking out, Kim made the experience fast, friendly and pain free experience.
