I was completely taken aback when the delivery persons stated “this is it” and left before I could even finish looking over the furniture and checking for damages. Please keep in mind I called multiple times and was assured that my furniture would be delivered before the holidays. So I took the time to once again drive 4 hours to meet with their delivery team.This is by far the worst experience I have had. Once they got their money, it’s like everything went down hill.

I even called to ask where the other furniture was and an eta on delivery and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. It has now been over an hour and a half and I have not received a call back. I am beyond frustrated as anyone could imagine. No one has contacted me to apologize or offer any type of solution as to when I can expect the rest of my furniture or where it even is.
