The reality TV couple announced the not quite $1.7 million purchase over the weekend via Instagram. Stassi, who welcomed her daughter Hartford with her husband, Beau Clark, in January of this year, has been real about her experiences with motherhood and regularly keeps her fans and followers updated on social media. News, the couple purchased the Hollywood Hills home for $1.7 million.

Stassi Schroeder and her fiancé, Beau Clark, shared their excitement at becoming homeowners — and offered a glimpse of their new digs — via Instagram on Saturday, January 18. The Vanderpump Rules star, 31, documented their first visit to their Los Angeles home, which E! Reports is worth $1.7 million, and showed off the Mediterranean-style property via her Instagram Story.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member revealed before and after photos of her $1.7 million home. And let’s not forget the kitchen, which we caught a glimpse of as Beau and Stassi documented opening a bottle of champagne to commemorate their purchase. From the looks of it, the spacious room features granite countertops, white cabinets, and terracotta tiles. Many of Stassi's Vanderpump Rules co-stars have opted for homes in the San Fernando Valley. One of the best features of the couple's new home is the natural light and high ceilings which add the illusion of space to each room of the home.

The pair's Vanderpump Rules' costar Katie Maloney and "Bleav in Reality Bytes" podcast host, Robb Evers, dropped by to see the new place. The couple's dogs came along for the ride as they went to see their house. The TV personality added that she also has specific qualifications for her bachelorette party. Less than a week after the Bravo star announced her engagement, she opened up about her future wedding plans on her podcast, Straight Up With Stassi. In a recent Instagram Story, Stassi showed a photo of the striking 1920s house, which is currently on the market. "Needed a pick me up so ... Los Feliz murder house," she wrote. Though Stassi might be tempted to give that realtor a call, Beau shows little interest in inhabiting the creepy house in the clip above. Plus, the couple is just settling into their gorgeous Hollywood Hills home ... Outside, Schroeder and fiancé Beau Clark can spend time on their patio with a covered space that's the ideal spot to stay tucked away together under the sunny skies.

The 31-year-old reality TV star looked casual in a sweater and leggings, while Beau wore a graphic-print sweater and jeans. The book is not quite worth list I would say, if you can find a bargain in the $6-8 range or less it’s definitely a fun read.
