I was completely taken aback when the delivery persons stated “this is it” and left before I could even finish looking over the furniture and checking for damages. Please keep in mind I called multiple times and was assured that my furniture would be delivered before the holidays. So I took the time to once again drive 4 hours to meet with their delivery team.This is by far the worst experience I have had. Once they got their money, it’s like everything went down hill.

I even called to ask where the other furniture was and an eta on delivery and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. It has now been over an hour and a half and I have not received a call back. I am beyond frustrated as anyone could imagine. No one has contacted me to apologize or offer any type of solution as to when I can expect the rest of my furniture or where it even is.

I even called to ask where the other furniture was and an eta on delivery and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. It has now been over an hour and a half and I have not received a call back. I am beyond frustrated as anyone could imagine. No one has contacted me to apologize or offer any type of solution as to when I can expect the rest of my furniture or where it even is.

Update on delivery and overall experience. The in store experience seemed great until we got home and realized all of the mistakes. When I finally got my itemized receipt and actual visuals of the furniture, I noticed the wrong chairs were ordered. After I left , I expected my furniture to be delivered within the next few weeks maybe even month or so as I was assured by the salesperson that everything besides my bed was in stock. We set up one delivery and to my surprise, I received only a table, an mattress and night stands. Upon being told I would have everything on this second delivery ; only half of my couch - 1 chase, two chairs a severely damaged dresser were delivered.

We started with her and looked a couple other places, came back within an hour and bought with her. She directly immediately to where i could find the beds. Upon checking out, Kim made the experience fast, friendly and pain free experience.

I was completely taken aback when the delivery persons stated “this is it” and left before I could even finish looking over the furniture and checking for damages. Please keep in mind I called multiple times and was assured that my furniture would be delivered before the holidays.
